The formerly heavily secured Muntgebouw in Utrecht, where all Dutch money was minted, has opened its doors again. Dietwee’s owners Ron and Tirso are now co-owners of the fresh pop-up restaurant-terrace-stage: De Zware Jongens.

We are very proud of our large and green terrace with sun all day on the Merwede Canal, a large vegetable-based super tasty menu, coffee from KEEN, beer from the region, vin nature by Vleck, and an indoor stage with a nice program.

De Zware Jongens consist of a group of friends from Utrecht who, among others, are behind Kampeerterrein de Lievelinge, WINK, Dietwee, but were also once part of the basis of the Winkel van Sinkel. Dietwee, together with WINK, created the identity of this new favorite spot.
